The reverse of the coin features a portrait of Gabrielė Petkevičaitė-Bitė surrounded with the inscriptions “GABRIELĖ PETKEVIČAITĖ-BITĖ, 150” and “ŽMONĖMS, TAUTAI, VALSTYBEI, KULTŪRAI“ (To people, nation, state, culture).
