Description of obverse and reverse In the central part of the obverse: at the top – a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus, in the centre – the logo of Slavic Bazaar made in the style of dynamic, decorative composition; the inscriptions along the circumferences: at the top – “РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ”, at the bottom – the face value “10 RUBLEЎ”; on the left - the year of issue; on the right - the alloy. In the central part of the reverse, against the panorama of the city with recognizable architectural images of Vitebsk - a stylized relief image of a hand outstretched to the audience in a gesture of trust (palm up). On the palm there is a main scene of Slavic Bazaar - an amphitheater, behind it – a note-cornflower with petals turning into bird and with a tower "Dukhovskoj Kruglik" in the background.
A brief annotation “Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk” – an international festival of arts, which started in 1992. The festival is an interstate, large and quite long-term cultural action of the Union between Russia and Belarus. One of the purposes of the festival is the creation of peaceful community and creative association of the close by its culture countries (Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Slovakia).
