A brief annotation | The tribe of the Sioux is famous for its rich traditions, especially various dances. The Fancy Dance is especially fascinating because of the extremely colourful costumes with feathers. The dances are held on meetings called powwow. The Fancy Dancer is the first issue of the series Powwow, honouring the Sioux traditions and being authorized by the Chief of the Sioux. |
