| A brief annotation | Apostol Karamitev was one of Bulgaria’s greatest actors of the second half of the 20th Century. Critics define him as “a remarkable phenomenon in Bulgarian theatre,” while audiences to this day revel in his unforgettable stage and cinema personae. Born in Burgas on 17 October 1923, during the Second World War Karamitev served as a gunner in Gorna Dzhumaya (today Blagoevgrad). In 1947, he enrolled to read the law at the University of Sofia. He combined his legal studies with visits to the Drama School where he eventually enrolled. Karamitev spent his entire stage life at the Ivan Vazov National Theatre. Alongside stage, film, and television performances involving dozens of drama, comedy, and romantic parts, Apostol Karamitev was also a noted teacher who trained a generation of eminent actors. |

Болгарию люблю, но монета слишком проста. Иными словами, на данном конкурсе неконкурентоспособна.
