A brief annotation
The coin is dedicated to the founder of the famous dynasty of jewelers, Gustav Fabergé, and was released in honor of the 200th anniversary of his birth. The coin is an integral part of the egg (jewelry composition) which is made under the influence of Fabergé style and traditions. The egg is handcrafted from gold with the application of multi-colored enamel and is inlaid with precious stones. At that, the egg-“packaging” has its own artistic theme dedicated to the four seasons: autumn, winter, summer, spring. This season of year, since the autumn of 2014, corresponds to the emission coin program “Gustav Fabergé”.
