Description of obverse and reverse
The obverse: at the top – a relief image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus, in the center – a composition consisting of the elements of clockwork with an insertion of a synthetic crystal in its center, the Sun and the Moon; on the right – the year of issue; on the left – the fineness; at the bottom – the face value 20 RUBLEЎ, at the top – a circular inscription РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ. In the inner circle there are figures designating the years from 2013 to 2024, according to the number of years in one cycle of Chinese lunar calendar. The elements of the clockwork and the year of the Snake “2013” are gold plated.
The reverse: in the center – the image of a snake coiled in a spiral, surrounded by stars and an ornament, inside the spiral there is a Chinese character for snake which is gold plated.
