The reverse of the coin depicts a cyborg fetus. The fetus looks like a human baby, but he is made of many circuits connected to wires and is in a convex cyborg placenta. The outer rim shows the transformation of human cells into cyborg parts, along with the inscriptions: "BABY CYBORG PROJECT 001" and "2022" – the year of issue.

The obverse of the coin is common to the series and features a concentric pattern of wires and cables. At the center, the Coat of Arms of Palau and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIC OF PALAU" ‒ the country of issue and "$20" ‒ the face value.

Baby is the second coin in the "Cyborg Revolution" series, a fantastic five-coin series that tells the story of a Cyborg invasion. In the wake of the alien invasion and the contamination of Earth and the environment with nano robots, cyborg children are being born, who will populate Earth and help achieve the aliens' main goal.
