Obverse: a relief image of the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation, over it along the rim there is the semicircular inscription ‘РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ’ (RUSSIAN FEDERATION) framed on both sides by doubled rhombuses, below under the coat of arms there are indications of the precious metal and its fineness on the left and the fine metal content and the mint trade mark on the right, at the bottom in the centre, in three lines, there is an inscription ‘БАНК РОССИИ’ (BANK OF RUSSIA), the denomination of the coin ‘200 РУБЛЕЙ’ (200 RUBLES), and the year ‘2022 г.’ (2022).

Reverse: relief images of the nuclear-powered icebreaker ‘Ural’, rubble ice and stars; on the right at the top, there is an image of the nautical scale; at the bottom, along the rim, there is an inscription: ‘АТОМНЫЙ ЛЕДОКОЛЬНЫЙ ФЛОТ’ (NUCLEAR ICEBREAKER FLEET).

On 25 May 2019, the Baltic Shipyard in St Petersburg held a ceremony to mark the launch of the nuclear-powered icebreaker Ural of Project 22220.

The unique design of the universal nuclear-powered icebreakers of Project 22220 will allow them to navigate both in Arctic waters and in the estuaries of polar rivers. They are to play the central role in the project for the implementation of year-round navigation through the Northern Sea Route.
