Description of obverse and reverse
On the obverse there is a relief image of the state emblem of the Republic of South Ossetia. Around the coin there are inscriptions: "NATIONALON BANK", the denomination of the coin "25 ЗАРИНЫ" ("25 SARINS"), the designation of the metal according to the Periodic system of D. I. Mendeleev, the standard of alloy, the trademark of Moscow Mint and the mass of the precious metal in purity.
Reverse: there is a relief image of the poet and prose writer Seka Kutsrievich Gadiyev against the background of a handwritten fragment of the poem in the Ossetian language "Fatherland", in the lower left quarter there is an inscription "SEKA GADIATY" with dates.
On the obverse and reverse of the coin, there is a protruding edge around the circumference.
The side surface of the coin is fluted.
A brief annotation
In 2020 National Bank of the Republic of South Ossetia issued a silver commemorative coin "Seka Gadiyev" with a nominal value of 25 sarins to mark the anniversary of the founder of Ossetian classical prose S. K. Gadiyev.
