The obverse: in the center - the national Emblem of the Dniester Moldavian Republic. Trans-Dniester Republican Bank, at the bottom – “5 РУБЛЕЙ” (5 rubles). At the bottom under the Emblem - the year of issue “2011”, the logo of the Mint, the metal, the alloy, the weight. The reserves: in the centre – the image of a colored spring landscape depicted in a circle. From the left to the right – the inscription: «ВРЕМЕНА ГОДА В ПРИДНЕСТРОВЬЕ» (Seasons in Trans-Dniester). At the bottom – the inscription: “ВЕСНА” (Spring). At the corners of the square – the image of a spring flower.

The idea – to show the beauty of a typical Trans-Dniester’ landscape in different season.
