Obverse: Cook Islands coat of arms and face value. Reverse: Partly lowered full colour image of the Nude Maja painting. On top of this can be inserted a pure silver plate in exact that size with the Clothed Maja painting. Two coins in one. Removing the Clothed Maja will reveal the Nude Maja. Above – writing “GRAND MASTERS OF EUROPE”, on the left – the year date “2010”, name of painter “FRANSISCO DE GOYA 1746-1828” and on the lower left – a stylized portrait of the painter.

Francisco de Goya, a Spanish painter, painted for the king of Spain first the Nude Maja. This painting was rejected because of its nature and F. de Goya painted a second painting with clothing. Both paintings currently hang together in a museum. This coin contains both paintings, removing the bar with the Clothed Maja revealing the Nude Maja.
