On the right side of the Eagle, an inscription, ZŁ. Below the Eagle, an oval hologram with a stylized image of the NIK logo, that changes colour depending on the viewing angle. Surrounding the hologram are some decorative elements. In the rim, a semicircular inscription, RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA, and the notation of the year of issue, 2009. The Mint’s mark, M/W, under the Eagle’s left leg. Reverse: In the centre, a stylized image of the present head office of the Supreme Chamber of Control. Below the image, an inscription, 1919-2009. At the top, a semicircular inscription, 90. ROCZNICA/UTWORZENIA. At the bottom, a semicircular inscription, NAJWYŻSZEJ/IZBY KONTROLI.
